Are You Thinking About Getting Acupuncture But You Don’t Know Where To Begin?

If you are reading this, you are most likely thinking about getting acupuncture either for yourself or perhaps for a family member or friend.  You have made a great decision because acupuncture is a safe and effective medical treatment.  However, just because it is extremely safe you will need to know what to look for when choosing an acupuncture provider because the truth is ….NOT all providers of acupuncture are created equal.

If you’ve ever had any type of pain, chronic health condition, auto accident, work injury, physical ailment, or thought about improving your overall health and wellness, you’ve probably at one point in your life, thought about or heard about Acupuncture. Now, for whatever reason, you may be at the point where you’re ready to take the next step, but you probably still have some questions that need to be answered.

Maybe you are not sure if acupuncture is for you, maybe you don’t know the first thing about how to choose a qualified and reputable practitioner, or maybe you don’t even know where to get started.

Perhaps you’ve even been to or checked out an acupuncturist in the past and for some reason it didn’t work out exactly the way you wanted or you didn’t think it was the right match for you. Now you want to make sure that this time around you do all you can to make the right decision because you are tired and frustrated with your current state of health.

As you probably know, acupuncture in the United States and around the world is gaining tremendous popularity.  More and more medical studies are showing it’s effectiveness, but even more important than that, are the wonderful and positive life changing results people are achieving from using acupuncture.  There are literally millions of people around the world who are successfully using acupuncture to help their health conditions and improve their quality of life.  In fact, acupuncture and Chinese medicine is the largest medicine practiced in the world.

People are turning to acupuncture to improve all types of health problems like pain relief, fertility issues, neuropathy symptoms, improving digestive problems, auto immune disorders, allergy relief, chronic illness, fibromyalgia, increasing immune function, menopausal symptoms, migraines and headaches, increasing energy, and even to improve overall health and wellness. Now, this is only a partial list of conditions that are successfully treated each and every day with acupuncture but I think you get the point.

In fact, many medical doctors are even referring people to acupuncture these days.  The truth is the majority of our nation is finally realizing that acupuncture is a legitimate health care option.  It has been used for over three thousand years and if it didn’t work, it would not still be around today.

Here is the thing, although there are millions of people using this medicine to help them, there are still hundreds of millions of  people that could benefit from acupuncture but who don’t know the first thing about what to expect or what to look for when deciding on an acupuncturist.  It was out of this need that I had to create something to address some important issues for anyone that is considering choosing acupuncture to treat their health concerns.

This is really an important and potentially life-changing decision for you.  Most of the time, people seek out acupuncture after many medical options, specialists, medications, and surgery failed to achieve a positive outcome.  Most of the time these people, possibly even you, are frustrated and feel like there is very little hope or even worse that their health problem will never improve.

So here you are ready to try acupuncture.  Maybe you heard some good things about it but you don’t know the first step in choosing the right acupuncturist.  You don’t know much about it and you certainly don’t want to make a mistake by choosing the wrong practitioner.  Well, I don’t blame you and I don’t want you to make the wrong decision!

My name is Dominic Sembello and yes…I am a Board Certified Acupuncturist and Chinese Medical provider. However, I didn’t write this guide to persuade you on becoming a fan of acupuncture or to have you become a patient at my office. The fact is, I want to help you and I want you to find the best and most qualified practitioner for YOU!  Perhaps the most important of all is…I don’t want you to make the wrong decision or have a bad experience with acupuncture because you didn’t have the proper information at your disposal.

The truth is, over the last 15 + years I have helped many of my friends and family members find qualified acupuncture specialists all over the United States and even the world.  I understand the challenges and questions that people have when looking into acupuncture and finding a qualified practitioner.  This is not something that most people do very often in their life and it is important to know what to look for and what questions you need to ask.

I simply want to give you a few vital tips to consider as you make your decision to try acupuncture.  I really am concerned that you don’t have enough information about what to look for and I want to make sure you find an acupuncturist that is the perfect “fit” for you.

My goal is, that after reading this, you’ll be motivated enough to make your own decision-but more important than that, you’ll make the correct decision.  I don’t mean to offend or to take shots at any other practitioners out there but here is the truth…

NOT ALL PEOPLE WHO PRACTICE ACUPUNCTURE ARE CREATED EQUAL

The reason why so many practitioners can operate in such a small area or city is because everyone has a particular “flavor” (if you will) and certain people gel with certain personalities better than others. Not only that but the training and education levels of people that are licensed to perform acupuncture can vary tremendously from person to person and state to state (more on this later).

I believe that the following information will provide the vital education and knowledge to choose the most qualified and best practitioner for your needs.  Without this information, you could waste your valuable time, energy, and even money in your quest to not only find an acupuncturist, but to finally reduce or dramatically improve your health and wellness.  The purpose of this guide is to prevent you from making these mistakes before it’s too late.
